To keep it short and not drone on about all of the reasons why you shouldn’t starve yourself, I’ll keep it simple. Starving yourself will temporarily lead to weight loss the problem is your body will quickly adjust to the lack of calories by slowing your metabolism.

If anyone tells you that you can lose 25 lbs in 2 weeks they are misleading you. Is it possible? Yes, but 90% of it will be water not fat. Your goal is to lose fat is it not? Your body simply can’t burn that many calories without serious side effects. You would have to burn over 102,000 fat calories.

Myth 3: Take This Magic Pill

Hate to break it to you but there is no magic bullet, not Acai Berry or anything else. By the way for anyone interested in Acai Berry, just to let you in on a little secret but there is no research about Acai affecting weight loss.

Well it comes down to those two dreaded words, diet and exercise.
