Chicken, Duckling, Turkey, Duck, Goose, in fact all fowl that is prepared without stuffing and breading.

Fish
Tuna, Salmon, Trout, Sardine, Herring, and all fish prepared without breading.

Eggs
Scrambled, fried, hard boiled, omelet, in fact any ways that you can prepare.

Up to 4 oz of any hard and aged cheese per day is considered low-carb. Cream cheese and cheese spreads are not  included as low carb.

Cream Cheese can be included to make a low-carb desserts.
