 High Protein Wraps

This is a great lower calorie dessert that will help you to diversify your options. You could choose to fill these with low calorie whip cream for example or maybe spread some low sugar jam and peanut butter over top. Whatever you choose, it will make for a nice, light dessert that will not put a dent in your diet plan.

  • 1 cup of egg whites
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (note that other flavours could be used depending on what your preference was)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Begin by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat (you may wish to spray lightly with pan to reduce any stickiness).

Next beat the three ingredients together until well blended. Pour into pan until there is just enough to cover the skillet. It will help if you remove the pan slightly from the heat while pouring batter in to help spread it around.

Finally, cook until small bubbles form on the top, then flip and cook for a little bit longer. Remove from pan and serve instantly.
