    Now, if you feel that you have been very good in sticking with your low-carb diet and deserve to have a binge day once in a while, you can do so with the above low carb snack.  Being on a low-carb diet does not mean that you will repress yourself, it only means you have to regulate what low carb snack you put in your mouth.
