Ingredients
  • 2 scoops ViShape Protein Powder -- Click to Purchase
  • 4 oz. water or orange juice (no pulp)
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple (chopped)
  • ½ medium orange (peeled and sectioned)
  • ½ cup fat-free coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp. ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a blender, add all ingredients until well blended smooth, and creamy.
  2. Garnish with toasted, unsweetened coconut flakes, or add a dash of coconut powder.
