Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- ⅔ cup sucanat or sweetener of choice
- 2 eggs
- 4 heaping scoops Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Splash of water or almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together almond butter and sucanat.
- Add in eggs, protein powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla extra and mix until completely blended.
- Add a splash of water or almond milk to get the mixture to be pourable.
- Spray an 8X8 baking pan with non-stick spray and pour in the blondie protein mixture.
- Spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool.
- Cut into squares and try not to eat the whole pan.
