Ingredients
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, melted
  • ¾ cup organic cane sugar
  • 3 medium bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops of Vi-Shape Protein Mix
  • ½ cup safflower oil
  • 2 vegan egg subs or 2 eggs
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 2 bananas, sliced for topping
  • Extra warm peanut butter to drizzle
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Spray a standard loaf with coconut oil spray.
  3. Beat all wet ingredients then mix in all dry ingredients.
  4. Pour batter into a loaf pan, take banana slices and place them in the center gently pressing down.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
