- 24 tbls of shake mix, 24 tbls oats
- 3 large over-ripe mashed bananas
- 3 grated apples
- 2 tbls milled flax seed
- 3 tbls omega seed mix
- 3 tbls mild olive or sunflower oil
Instructions
- Mix all together in a bowl until a dough is formed
- Line a baking tin with baking parchment
- Press the mix into the tin using a fork
- Bake at 150-degree fan assist oven
- Bake for 20 minutes
